@comcastcares Nothing but issues. Latest is one box isn’t working, spent an hour on the phone w/ Xfinity trying to fix it remotely, they tell me to wait an hour and if it’s still frozen to call back and schedule an appointment. I can’t get ahold of anyone. Worst customer service.

Called Xfinity to inquire about a promotion since my current contract is about to expire and here I am reading an email telling me my Request to cancel service by today has been cleared. I can’t even call anyone since they are closed. Better have internet tomorrow 😡

@gchwood @dc_homer @comcast I'm on a $100 a month plan right now. If I pay for the unlimited it will be $150. That's INSANE for JUST internet service. I cancelled my cable TV with them a year ago and went with YouTubeTV to save $$. This makes all of that pointless. I hate them with a passion.

@comcastcares we went through this before, how hard is it to understand that your customer service means I will never sign up again. I had to resort to shouting "Cancel my account" at the person insisting I didn't want to leave last time, and then they cut it early out of spite.
