@gchwood @dc_homer @comcast I'm on a $100 a month plan right now. If I pay for the unlimited it will be $150. That's INSANE for JUST internet service. I cancelled my cable TV with them a year ago and went with YouTubeTV to save $$. This makes all of that pointless. I hate them with a passion.

@comcastcares, just want to let you know that the entire city of Baltimore hates you. When you signed that no compete with the city were you responsible for actually providing a service or was it just all steak dinners and champagne. Ghana has better internet you dopes!!!!

@comcastcares I keep getting an error code of TVAPP-00280 when I try to stream a specific channel on the xfinity steam app. Is there a solution for this?

@comcastcares we went through this before, how hard is it to understand that your customer service means I will never sign up again. I had to resort to shouting "Cancel my account" at the person insisting I didn't want to leave last time, and then they cut it early out of spite.

Dear @Xfinity - Twice today I've been disconnected in the middle of speaking w/customer reps. Now I've been on hold for 25 minutes waiting to speak w/another & to start all over again. I'm not on a mobile phone so you can't say it was my fault. My lunch hour is over.

@gchwood @dc_homer @comcast Yeah, they're reeling me back in to pay for their TV service. It'll save us money but that's not the point. I cancelled for a reason and they know most people are streaming mostly now plus working and schooling from home. They're a trash company.

Online learning earlier in the year. But suddenly it’s an ongoing issue? And we are chained to doing everything at home on the computer and phones. This is when Comcast/xfinity decides to milk customers? The options are limited. Effectively it’s a semi-monopoly w two options.

OK @Xfinity why can’t you get your customer service sorted? The only way to get an agent on for a customer service issue is your text service? I was passed from a “concerned” rep to a lacklustre manager who stopped responding to inquiries. I tried a new agent and no reply at all?

Comcast was having issues today in #winthrop and prevented students from learning in online classes. This is unacceptable, especially due to there exclusivity of Comcast. in the town of Winthrop. We need more competition and competing pricing.! #fucillojr4rep

@Xfinity just got the notice you put a cap on Internet data and now I’ll have to pay even more than the $130/mo I already spend to not even get full service from you. I get 300mbps top speed even though I pay you $30/mo for 1000mbps. You’re crooks and you should be ashamed!

So with money dwindling away and bills to be paid what is Comcast doing? Trying to use the time of crisis to make $$$. I cut down my plan. But Comcast what me to upgrade to another plan to “prevent these overages”. Again I didn’t have this issue when I had all three kids doing
