@Xfinity I’ve been overcharged for mos. and I cannot get anyone on the phone to retify the situation. I’m being directed to go online or attempt to fix it myself. Also the automated system is not recognizing my account. Saying the address & ph # doesn’t match.

@gchwood @dc_homer @comcast I'm on a $100 a month plan right now. If I pay for the unlimited it will be $150. That's INSANE for JUST internet service. I cancelled my cable TV with them a year ago and went with YouTubeTV to save $$. This makes all of that pointless. I hate them with a passion.

@comcastcares we went through this before, how hard is it to understand that your customer service means I will never sign up again. I had to resort to shouting "Cancel my account" at the person insisting I didn't want to leave last time, and then they cut it early out of spite.
