  Was sent hone with anebulizer for mychild's stuffy nose....I was not told that this was considered rented equipment. Thankfully wenever needed itnor used itas Iam having totry toreturn itmyself tothe medical equipment office (the doctors vendor) they have been charging myinsurance (and now me) monthly for arental. Iwas put onhold, treated rudely(“you signed for it”) even though this was never explained in2different discussions and hung upon.

  You will not find abetter group ofwomen anywhere. From the front desk toStephenie and Mellisa theNPs, they are all socaring and welcoming. Iam grateful tohave been astudent here for afew months and ithas truly solidified what Iwant todo inlife. Serve agreat community that appreciates methe way Japer does these women.

  So thankful for the doctors and staff atNorth Georgia Primary Care. They have always went above and beyond totake care ofme and myfamily. Ihave been pleased with the protocols they have put into place since Covid has come about and the safety precautions that they take while inthe office. Iwould recommend them toanyone who islooking for anew doctor.

  Today was myfirst visit and Iwas sopleased with how safe the office felt, limiting amount ofpeoplein, everyone wearing masks, and seeing staff constantly cleaning. Melissa the NPtreated meso kindly, she listened toall myquestions and didn't make mefeel judged orrushed. Her nurse Baylee was very professional aswell. Soglad tofind this office.

  I'm ahome health careaid. Ibrought myclient toa appointment atthis office. Iwas shocked when wecame indue toall ofthe office staff and medical personal not wearing masks. There's not been enough information oncovid 19to beso careless.All patients are told towear masks during avisit. Ifnothing else, health care professionals should set anexample for everyone.

  Every single one ofmy experiences with North Georgia Primary Care has been excellent!! From the front desk employees tothe Nurse Practitioner, Stephanie Polk, Iknow that Iam cared for and valued asa patient. They are fast, kind and care about their patients much more than other other place I've gone.

  Dr Hooker & his entire team iswonderful, professional, plus went above & beyond toaccommodate mymother, working her inon the last day open ofthe year totake care ofher needs. Plus myhusband has been treated/life saved byMelissa since 2016ather previous office while mymother & Isaw Stephanie regularly atthe same location.   Saw the nurse practioner onMonday 12/18/10. After a2hour wait tosee him Iwas told mynew prescriptions would becalled into mypharmacy my6pm. They didnt get calledin. For the past 3days, BETWEEN mypharmacy and myself, Ihave called the doctors office 6times toget myprescriptions called into the pharmacy. Finally 3of them were called infor one tablet only with 12refills instead ofof a30day supply with 2refills. The other 3prescriptions have yet tobe called inand Iwas supposed toleave for The Christmas holidays yesterday. This isunacceptable. The pharmacy said they have never seen anything likeit. The doctors office has yet toreturn the pharmacists calls ormy calls and I'm still waiting onmy scripts. Save yourself aheadache and don't goto North Georgia Primary Care inJasper,GA!… – show
